Conditions for cancellation
Regarding how to make a cancellation.

• You may cancel up to 2 days prior to the expected date of arrival without any charge.
• If you cancel outside the established cancellation period, the hotel will charge you for the first night of the reservation.
•If you do not appear on the day of your reservation you will be charged for the whole stay.

Conditions: Children and extra beds.
Regarding options for children´s lodging and availability of extra beds. If extra beds are not available, please use the “extra beds are not available” option.

• Children of all ages are admitted.
• Infants less than one year of age may stay free using the available beds.
• Infants less than 2 years old may stay at the rate of 6.00 EUR per person, per night in a crib.
• Children from 2 to 12 years pay 50% the normal rate charged to guests to stay in an extra twin bed
• A maximum of 2 double beds is permitted in each double room.
• One crib is permitted in each double room.

Conditions for deposits
Regarding advance payment and reservations.

• The hotel charges 25% of the reservation total in the moment the reservation is made. This amount is refundable.

Internet
Regarding the type of internet connection available at the hotel, where to connect and how much it costs.

• Internet via modem available in public areas of the hotel for 2.00 EUR per hour.

Meal plan
Regarding breakfast and meals. Half pension includes breakfast and dinner; complete pension includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Breakfast buffet included in the price of the room.

Parking
Regarding the availability of hotel parking, whether in the street or attended garage and how much it costs.

• Public parking is available on the premises and reservations are necessary. The price is 10.00 EUR per day.

Pets
